Summer has gone and the winter is coming. There is always changing in the weather and the climate. In this time we need to care about our eating habit and other things. If we did not care we become the victim of the diseases and that results in the sick. If we don’t care in the eating habit then we can have diseases. so here are the ten things we should care about:
1. Wash your hand with soap and only take your lunch.
2. Always drink boiled water.
3. Do not eat stale foods.
4. after the toilet and returning from the outside always wash your hand with soap.
5. Do not eat street food.
6. Do not eat those foods which are dirty.
7. Do not eat uncooked meat and food.
8. Eat fruits after washing nicely.
9. Keep safe and covered the eating things.
10. Eat fresh foods if you can.
